About the role
We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Lead with established relationships in the US creator and fashion world to grow Lihara through creators, influencers and brand partnerships. You'll use your network, and your own following, to open doors: setting up partnership meetings, shaping campaigns and putting our jewelry in front of the right audiences.
You'll work directly with the founder on who we partner with and how, and you'll own those relationships from the first introduction to the finished campaign.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to creators, influencers and talent managers who are a good fit for Lihara
- Set up meetings and calls for partnerships and campaigns, and follow them through to agreement
- Plan and arrange shoots with influencers: talent, locations, styling, pieces and timing
- Coordinate gifted and loaned pieces for creators, and track the content and results that come from them
- Build relationships with brands, photographers, stylists and wedding industry partners for collaborations
- Feature Lihara on your own channels where it's a natural fit
- Report on what each partnership and campaign delivered
What we're looking for
- A strong personal network across the creator, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or wedding scenes in the US
- An established social media following of your own, with an engaged audience
- Confident and personable: you're comfortable reaching out, pitching and representing a brand in person
- A motivated self-starter who makes things happen and follows through
- Organized: you can keep many conversations, shoots and deadlines moving at once
- Taste that fits fine jewelry, and an interest in jewelry, fashion or weddings
Requirements
- Established relationships with creators, influencers or talent in the US: this is the core of the role
- An active social media following
- No degree or academic qualifications required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- Based anywhere in the United States, and able to travel for meetings and shoots when needed
Nice to have
- Experience with brand deals, influencer marketing, talent management, PR or events
- Relationships in the bridal and wedding industry
- Experience agreeing creator rates, deliverables and usage rights
- Based in or connected to Los Angeles, where Lihara is based
In your application, tell us about your network and the partnerships you could bring.
Why work at Lihara
Lihara is a new company with a lean team, which means room to grow. You'll take on real responsibility from your first week, wear many hats across content, social, campaigns and partnerships, and your role can grow as the company does.
You'll work closely with the founder, with no layers of management, and learn how the jewelry business really works: how diamonds and gemstones are graded and sourced, how pieces are designed and made, and how a brand is built from the ground up.
About Lihara
Lihara is a Los Angeles fine jewelry house specializing in custom and made-to-order engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewelry. Every piece is made for the person who will wear it.
Our founder is a third-generation jeweler, raised around the family jewelry business and its wholesale and manufacturing side. Lihara brings that access directly to clients: hand-selected natural and lab-grown diamonds and colored gemstones with independent IGI or GIA grading reports, settings made to order, and Lihara Studio, where clients design their own ring in 3D and see it before it's made.
Lihara is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, medical condition, marital status, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in line with the California Fair Chance Act. If you need an accommodation to apply, email hello@lihara.com.
