All orders over $500 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $500 ship for a flat rate of $15.
Every Lihara piece is made to order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for production before your order ships. Special order and custom pieces may require additional time — you will be contacted with an estimated timeline after placing your inquiry.
All orders ship fully insured via FedEx or UPS with signature required upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us at hello@lihara.com.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included materials (IGI certificate, box, pouch).
To start a return, email hello@lihara.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
We are happy to exchange your piece for a different size, metal, or style. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Every Lihara piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers prong tightening, stone resetting (if a stone loosens due to a setting defect), and structural repairs to the gold setting. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and loss are not covered.
To submit a warranty claim, email hello@lihara.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and provide next steps within two business days.
