These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of lihara.com (the "Site") and all purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by Lihara ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
We make every effort to display our lab-grown diamond jewelry as accurately as possible. However, because each piece is handcrafted and diamonds are natural in their variation, minor differences in appearance between what you see on screen and the finished product may occur. All diamonds are IGI certified, and the specifications listed on each product page (carat weight, color, clarity, cut) reflect the grading on the accompanying IGI certificate.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product's correct price is higher than the price listed on the Site, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to cancel.
All Lihara jewelry is made to order. While we endeavor to keep our catalog current, availability of specific diamond cuts, carat weights, and metal options may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we begin production of your piece and send a production confirmation email.
Because each piece is made to order, please allow 5 to 10 business days for production before your order ships. All orders ship fully insured via FedEx or UPS with signature required upon delivery. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included materials (IGI certificate, box, pouch). Custom or engraved pieces and special order items are final sale. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return. Every Lihara piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers prong tightening, stone resetting (if a stone loosens due to a setting defect), and structural repairs to the gold setting. All content on the Site — including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and page layouts — is the property of Lihara or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Lihara name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Lihara.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. You may not use our trademarks in any way that suggests an association with or endorsement by Lihara without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
The Site and all content, products, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lihara disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lihara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lihara, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
